Orders placed Friday to Sunday will ship out on Monday.
Orders placed during public holidays will ship out on the next business day.

DUBAI CASH ON DELIVERY SHIPMENTS
If you are not in when your order arrives, you will receive a call from the courier, if you miss answering the phone call you will have to notify us by email on sales@getdaysoff.com within 12 hours otherwise your order will be canceled.
GCC ORDERS
2 - 5 business days from dispatch.
Orders typically ship the next business day.
Orders placed Thursday, Friday and Saturday will ship out Sunday.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once you select your country.
Dispatch of your order may be delayed during UAE public holidays.
*Altered pieces will take 1 week from the date of order placed to be delivered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
3 - 10 business days from dispatch.
Orders typically ship the next business day.
Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Dispatch of your order may be delayed during UAE public holidays.
*Altered pieces will take 1-2 weeks from the date of order placed to be delivered.
PLEASE NOTE
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Days Off will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination's import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only from the date of dispatch. Some delays may be experienced due to customs clearance or for remote areas and this is out of our control.

If tracking information reflects successful delivery but you have not received it please email sales@getdaysoff.com. Please note we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show delivery confirmation.
